`actionObjectID`*	Parameter that points to one object with the specified ID.
`name`	Category name. An entry can contain Russian and Latin letters, numbers, and any special characters.
`type`	Category type. Acceptable values: `0`: Permanent category. `1`: Temporary category.
`timeout`	Category activity in days.
