General requirements for promos

Legal compliance

Despite being virtual worlds, games and everything related to them must adhere to all applicable laws of the Russian Federation. Event information must not contain any illegal content. For more information about prohibited materials, see item 3.4 of the Game requirements.

Games before promos

Submit your events for moderation only if your game is already published in the catalog. Promos for unpublished games are considered invalid and won't be shown in the Discounts and promotions section.

One time frame per event

Do not create two or more promos that run in your game simultaneously. The time frame of one promo must not overlap with that of another.

Keep an archive of game events

To maintain the ability to publish new promos, do not delete or modify the archive. If you make edits to the archive, new events will not pass moderation.

Variety and frequency

Make your promos diverse to keep players coming back to the game and earning prizes. For example, you can alternate discounts, in-game bonuses, and themed events. Don't run promos too often so they don't stop feeling special.

All events are subject to moderation

Moderation ensures that your promos meet the requirements. If the event needs to be tweaked, the moderator will contact you. Make sure your developer profile has up-to-date contact info so that we can reach you if necessary. For more information on moderation, see Add a game.

Develop your build in advance

This ensures you have enough time to pass moderation and launch the event on time. If the build is rejected, you won't be able to run your promo. If you want to make sure that your promo goes smoothly, plan the development of skins, locations, and decorative items in advance, factoring in moderation time.
