Information about who provided data.

Contains a link to the ID of the information provider that is defined in the [attr:Source](https://yandex.ru/dev/maps/ymapsml/doc/en/ref/reference/attribution-Source.md) tag. The specified provider belongs to a geo object or a group of geo objects.
