        * 连接不短于5秒。
  
        如果不满足其中至少一个条件（号码不可用时除外），您将无法取消订单。 将返回带有错误代码400的响应。
  
      * `USER_CHANGED_MIND` — 客户因个人原因取消了订单。
  
      * `USER_REFUSED_DELIVERY` — 买方对交货条件不满意.
  
      * `USER_REFUSED_PRODUCT` — 该产品不适合买方。
  
      * `SHOP_FAILED` — 商店无法完成订单。
