The SLA terms and conditions are agreed upon with each partner individually.
Restrictions on order weight and dimensions
When planning a delivery, consider the robot's restrictions:
- order weight less than 20 kg;
- order size less than 420×490×297 mm.
Recommendations on request frequency
To monitor the current order status, use the Claim information or Events journal request.
You can check the order status every 5–10 seconds. If you send too many requests in a short time, you'll get responses with code 429. If a general service degradation (unavailability) occurs, you'll receive a response with code 503.
