Product Marketing Manager

Yandex Geoservices TR is hiring a highly analytical product marketing manager to drive all the marketing activities for its flagship product, Yandex Navigasyon. The primary focus of the product growth manager will be to create strategies and marketing plans that will increase usage, engagement, retention and product adoption. For your success in this role, you should be prepared to get your hands dirty and actively be involved and lead all aspects of the product marketing activities.

====In this role, you will be expected to:

  • identify target audience, understand user needs and product usage behaviors through user surveys and interviews;
  • lead all aspects of marketing – from branding and positioning to go-to-market strategy, campaigns and communication based on your insights through user research;
  • communicate all product features and deliver key value propositions to users via internal and external channels for the sole purpose of increasing user engagement and retention. These channels might include social media, email, push messages, in-app messaging, etc.;
  • manage the ASO works to increase app discoverability and conversion in the stores;
  • implement the planned activities and perform regular analysis to continuously reshape strategies around user acquisition, engagement, and retention;
  • work closely with the performance marketing team to acquire new users and help the team develop new user acquisition channels and growth tactics;
  • work closely with the PR team to disseminate the news about product features, periodic traffic analysis and similar reports.

====You are an excellent candidate for this job if you have the following skills:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience;
  • 2-3 years of relevant B2C mobile app marketing experience;
  • ability and past experience with working in a fast-paced startup environment;
  • highly data driven decision-making approach with superior problem solving and analytical capabilities;
  • strong project management skills with successful track record of planning and rolling out online/offline marketing campaigns and ability to identify process improvements using a data-driven approach;
  • experience with best practices for mobile push, in-app messaging and email marketing;
  • experience working with PR, media buying and creative agencies.
