Terms of Use for the Yandex Automation Service (Beta Version)

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establishes the terms of use for the Yandex Automation service (Automation) and constitutes an integral part of the General Terms of Use for Yandex 360 Services, posted at: https://yandex.ru/legal/360_termsofuse (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms").

By starting to use the Yandex Automation service/its individual functions, the Corporate Client shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and the General Terms in full, without any reservations and exceptions.

The current version of the Terms is always available on the Internet page at: https://yandex.ru/legal/automation_termsofuse/.

In case of disagreement by the Corporate Client with any of the provisions of the specified documents, the Corporate Client shall not be entitled to use the Yandex 360 services.

1.2. The unified rules and principles for the use of Yandex 360 services, provisions on intellectual property, personal data processing, and liability shall be governed by the General Terms, taking into account the specifics contained in these Terms.

2. Features of the Use of Individual Service Functions

2.1. The Service provides the Corporate Client with the functionality for automated data processing and organizing interaction between Yandex Services, including, but not limited to, the Yandex Mail, Yandex Calendar, Yandex Telemost, Yandex Messenger, Yandex Disk, Yandex Tracker, Yandex Forms programs, Alice Pro, and Yandex's generative artificial intelligence technologies.

2.2. Third-party programs and services may also participate in the interaction between Yandex Services, as indicated in the Service interface on the page https://automation.yandex.ru. In this regard, the Corporate Client shall be solely responsible for having the rights to use such third-party programs and services, as well as for compliance with their terms of use. Furthermore, the Corporate Client ensures the legality of transferring data from third-party programs and services.

2.3. The types, forms, and options for the interaction of programs and services, as well as the specifics of automated data processing, are described in the Service interface. The Corporate Client may use the proposed templates or create/configure interaction options on an individual basis.

2.4. The Corporate Client is obliged not to simulate and/or forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of a header in any email or material posted in the Services.
