This document defines the Service Level of Yandex Object Storage (hereinafter referred to as the Service) and forms an integral part of the Contract to Use Yandex.Cloud Platform Services and the Service Level Agreement available online at https://yandex.ru/legal/cloud_sla.

Definition of Service Unavailability:

  • 50x response codes for more than 10% of queries during the observation period (at least 5 minutes);
  • Network unavailability of endpoint storage.cloud.api.yandex.net because of a removed announcement or other problems on the side of Yandex.
