This document defines the Service Level of Yandex SpeechKit (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and forms an integral part of the Contract to Use Yandex.Cloud Platform Services and the Service Level Agreement available online at https://yandex.ru/legal/cloud_sla.

Definition of Service Unavailability:

The Service Unavailability is recorded when the server-side Error Rate exceeds 5%.

The “Error Rate” is calculated as follows: the number of Valid Queries that return HTTP Status 500 with the error code "INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR", divided by the total number of Valid Queries per minute.

"Service Unavailability Period" shall mean the number of full minutes, during which the Service Unavailability was recorded.

“Valid Query” shall mean a query that conforms with the Service documentation and returns HTTP Status 200 (OK), if the Service functions properly.
