1.1. The Yandex.Insight service ("Service") is offered to Internet users ("Users") by Yandex LLC ("Yandex").
1.3. By using the Service / its certain functions, any User shall be deemed to have fully, unconditionally and irrevocably agreed to these Terms, and the terms of all of the aforementioned documents. A User may not use the Service if he/she disagrees with any of the provisions of the aforementioned documents.
1.4. Yandex shall be entitled to amend these Terms at any time without specific notice; such amended Terms shall become effective on the date of publication on the Internet at the address set out in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided for in the Terms so amended. These Terms, as amended, shall always be available at: https://yandex.ru/legal/poll/.
1.5. If any User disagrees with any of the amendments hereto made by Yandex in the manner described in Clause 1.4 hereof, such User shall discontinue his/her use of the Service.
1.6. The Service allows Users to take part in sociological and marketing surveys (polls) conducted through the Service.
1.7. By using the Service, Users consent to receiving advertising messages or newsletters, including those seeking to inform Users of new surveys. Any User may elect not to receive advertising messages or newsletters by employing the respective Service functionality or following the guidelines contained in the respective advertising message or newsletter.
2. Use of the Service. Certain Service Functions
2.1. Any information used in the Service is for non-commercial use only.
2.3. Users shall give meaningful, complete and informative responses to any questions to be asked in the course of sociological and marketing surveys within the Service. Any responses that are irrelevant to the subject of the survey in question or contain obscene language, any set of letters, numerals or characters conveying no message, etc., or deliberate misstatements shall be deemed to be meaningless.
2.4. While filling out sociological or marketing questionnaires, Users shall comply with the user content requirements set out in Clauses 4 and 5 of the User Agreement for Yandex Services.
2.5. Yandex reserves the right to deny participation in any sociological or marketing survey to any User that fails to meet the target audience criteria for such survey.
2.6. Yandex reserves the right to, at its own discretion, restrict a User's access to the Service (or to certain functions thereof, if technically possible) with the use of such User's account or to fully block such User's account in the case of repeated violations of these Terms or to take other action in order to cause such User to comply with legal requirements or the rights and lawful interests of any third parties.
