Registration

To work with Calendar Planning, you need an API key. The key is issued to a Yandex ID account and is linked to your company in the service.

Log in to your account

The account used to register a company in Calendar Planning obtains the administrator rights for the company. We don't recommend using a personal account for this purpose: you may need to share the username and password with the managers of your company later.

Log in to your Yandex account. If you don't have a Yandex account (Yandex ID), create one.

To log in using a corporate or any other email address, follow the link to create an account.

An account can be linked to only one company, but a company can contain multiple accounts. It's better to create a separate account for each user so that employees don't lose access if anyone changes the account password.

Note

If you use other RouteQ services, we don't recommend using the same account for Calendar Planning.

Register a company

To register a company in Calendar Planning:

  1. Go to RouteQ.

  2. If you aren't logged in to your Yandex account, click Log in.

  3. Fill out the registration form and click Submit.

After you submit the form, we'll contact you shortly to confirm your company's registration and provide you with trial access to Calendar Planning.

When you register a company, a unique API key is provided to you. You can view it in the Company interface section.
