Settings

In company settings, you can change:

  • Company name*.
  • Time zone*.
  • Interface language*: Russian or English.
  • Delivery zone.
  • Time per location*: Estimated time that the courier will spend processing orders at each location. This parameter is taken into account when building the route and calculating the total route duration.
  • Delivery time: Default delivery time for all company orders.
  • Saved addresses: Save frequently used addresses to the address book to create routes.
  • Capacity.

Delivery zone

Using the delivery zone, you can limit the coordinate search when geocoding addresses. This improves the geocoding accuracy and makes it possible to search for addresses within a given area only.

By default, the delivery zone is defined when creating a depot and set to be within +/- 1 degree to its coordinates. For example, if you set the depot coordinates to 55 degrees latitude and 37 degrees longitude, the delivery zone will be limited by these points: [54;36], [54;38], [56;36], and [56;38].

To add a new area, click Edit delivery zoneStart drawing an area, select the area you need, and click Save. To change the limits of an already created area, go to company settings, click Edit delivery zone → Delete, and then select a new area.

Capacity

Use the capacity settings to define:

  • Maximum weight and volume capacity for the courier.
  • Maximum number of orders for the courier.
  • Weight and volume parameters for orders.

Weight and Volume order fields are optional and can be changed at any time.

Automatic planning will assign orders to couriers and generate routes based on the characteristics you've set. In manual planning, mismatches between assigned orders and courier characteristics will be highlighted.

If the setting is disabled, the previously configured order weight and volume parameters will be saved. If you don't edit the order, these parameters will be displayed again when the setting is re-enabled.
