Watermelon Picker

Yandex Camera can help you select a ripe watermelon. Using computer vision, the Yandex Camera analyzes the dark and light green stripes, evaluates the yellow spot on the side, and determines how ripe the watermelon is.

  1. Go to yandex.com on your mobile device.
  2. On the home screen, tap Watermelon Picker.
  3. Take a photo of the watermelon. If there is a yellow spot on the side, make sure it's in the frame. The Yandex Camera will analyze the ripeness of the watermelon in the photo and display the results on a scale.
  4. Tap Try again to check the ripeness of another watermelon.

  4. The Yandex Camera will analyze the ripeness of the watermelon in the photo and display the results on a scale.
