Autocorrect in Russian-language ads

A new feature called Autocorrect, which will automatically correct common typos, will be launched in the coming days. This new feature will speed up the moderation process, meaning your ads will get approved more quickly. Autocorrect currently only works for the Russian language.

For now, the system will only correct the register of proper names and abbreviations. For example, [in krasnodar] will be changed to [in Krasnodar], and [without vat] to [without VAT]. In time, it will recognize other spelling and punctuation errors.

A notification will appear next to automatically-corrected ads in the Yandex.Direct interface. If you click on it, you will see the original text.

Autocorrect will be turned on by default. You can disable it in advance in Yandex.Direct’s user settings.
