How do I sign a contract?

Yandex Direct uses offer agreements. Such a contract is convenient because while being legally binding and having full legal effect, it does not need to be signed by both parties.

The invoices you pay form an integral part of your offer contract. By paying, you accept the offer. Once the payment is made, we begin operating under the contract.

Payment history and reporting documents

In Yandex Balance, you can generate documents related to your settlements with Yandex for a selected period. To request a reconciliation report for your account:

1. In the left menu, click Reconciliation reports.

2. In the dropdown lists to the right, select:

   • Company
   • Contract number and validity period (optional)
   • Payer
   • Reconciliation report period. You can only select a closed period: an entire month.

3. Click Enter your email address. If you've previously selected a payer, their address will have already been filled in. To change your email address, enter a new address and click OK.

4. Click Order.

Reconciliation reports are generated within a few hours. The requested statements will be sent to the specified email address and will be available for download on the Reconciliation reports page.

To view all the reconciliation reports for an account across all payers for a certain period, click the Mutual settlement report button. Specify the start and end dates and click the Show button.

To download a detailed report, click the Advanced report in Excel format button.

To receive regular reconciliation reports for the given payer's Taxpayer Identification Number (INN), please contact the customer service department. In your request, please specify:

• The number of any paid invoice or the number of a reconciliation report.

• The payer's Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) you want to get reconciliation reports for.

• Frequency of document receipt (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

After your application is approved, you'll receive reconciliation reports on the 15th day of each month, quarter, or year in PDF format to the email address specified in the payer's information.
