To answer this question, you can enter a phone number. Phone numbers can't be shorter than 10 digits.

Question

Enter the question title.

• To add a comment or hint to a question, click Add explanation. The text of a comment is displayed using a smaller font size.

  To format the text of a question or comment, use Markdown markup.

• To add an image to the question, click Add image.

• To make sure that a question is pre-filled when the form is opened, click Add default value and enter the value.

• To make a question required, enable the  Required option in the top right corner of the block.

  The required question is marked with * in the form. If a user skips this question, they won't be able to submit the form.

• To show or hide a question based on previous answers, click  Display conditions in the top right corner of the block. For more information, see Configure display conditions for questions or pages.

• To use a question for a test or quiz, click  Points in the Answer section.

  • Enter the correct answer (case-sensitive).

  • Specify how many points the user gets for a correct answer.

Settings

To reveal more question settings, click  Show settings at the top of the block. To hide the settings, click the icon again.

Limit the number of characters in an answer

Set the minimum and maximum answer length.

Input suggestions

Enable this setting to suggest answer options from a directory when the user enters text. Choose the suggestion type from several groups:

• Organization: Users or departments from your organization's address book.
• General: Suggestions from the address directory.
• Personal data: The user's email address or gender.

Validation

The validator checks if the answer matches the specified format. Validation is enabled by default for this question.

ID of the question

Use the question ID to prefill the form.

Question IDs can contain uppercase and lowercase Latin letters, numbers, hyphens - and underscores _. Make sure all questions in the same form have unique IDs.

Hide question

Enable this option to hide a question from the form. You can use hidden questions to pass service or auxiliary parameters.
