Rating on a scale

With this question, users can rate an item or event. For example, you could ask users to rate event organization, report topics, or the moderator's performance on a five-point scale.

Question

Enter your question.

  • To add a comment or hint to a question, click Add explanation. The text of a comment is displayed using a smaller font size.

    To format the text of a question or comment, use Markdown markup.

  • To add an image to the question, click Add image.

  • To make a question required, enable the  Required option in the top right corner of the block.

    The required question is marked with * in the form. If a user skips this question, they won't be able to submit the form.

Criteria

Add evaluation criteria for the item or list the objects to be rated.

  • To add a criterion, click  Add and enter its name.

  • To format the criterion text, use Markdown markup.

  • To relocate an answer option in the list, drag it with .

Answer options

Set the rating scale. The user needs to select an answer option for each criterion. For example, to rate something on a five-point scale, add numbers from 1 to 5 to Answers. Or set three grades: Good, Satisfactory, and Bad.

  • To add an answer option, click Answer option and enter the answer text.

  • To format the answer text, use Markdown markup.

  • To relocate an answer option in the list, drag it with .

Settings

To reveal more question settings, click  Show settings at the top of the block. To hide the settings, click the icon again.

ID of the question

Use the question ID to prefill the form.

Question IDs can contain uppercase and lowercase Latin letters, numbers, hyphens - and underscores _. Make sure all questions in the same form have unique IDs.

Hide question

Enable this option to hide a question from the form. You can use hidden questions to pass service or auxiliary parameters.

Don't enable the Hide question and Required options at the same time. Otherwise, the users won't be able to submit the form.
