You can use some questions in Yandex Forms to create a test. These include:
And all Short answer questions as well:
Don't merge questions from the Tests and quizzes category into a series. If you do so, scores won't work.
Enable the Pointsoption
To convert a question to a text question:

In the form builder, add the question to the workspace.

In the Answer section, click Points.

Specify a correct answer to the question and the number of points for it:

If the answer requires a number or text, only responses that exactly match your specified correct answer in punctuation and letter case will be counted.

If there are multiple correct options in a question's answer list, the user must select all correct options.
If all of the user's answers are correct, they'll receive the sum of the points you've assigned.
If the user doesn't select all correct options or chooses even one wrong option, they'll receive 0 points.

Examples
Here you'll find examples of common test questions.

Short text
The answer to this question must be a word or text no longer than 255 characters. The correct answer and the value entered by the user must match exactly.
Question: Insert the missing letters into the sentence: A f_x l_ves in the f_rest.
User's answer: A fox leves in the forest
The answer is incorrect because the user missed the dot and entered letter "e" instead of "i". The user won't get points.
Correct answer: A fox lives in the forest.

Number
The response must be an integer or a fraction with no more than 2 decimal places. The format of the entered number is checked when the user completes the test.
Question: Solve the equation
User's answer: 3
The answer is correct, and the user will get the specified number of points for it.

One answer
Users can select an answer from the suggested options. Even if multiple responses may be correct. If the user selects a correct answer, they will get points for it.
Question: How many times did you travel abroad last year?
Answer options:
- I didn't go abroad: 0 points.
- Once: 1 point.
- Two or three times: 3 points.
- More than three times: 5 points.
All suggested answers are correct. The more often the user travels abroad, the more points they get for this question.

Multiple answers
Users can select multiple answers from the suggested options. Users will only receive points if they choose all correct answer options and none of the wrong ones.
Question: Which of the listed cities are in Italy?
Answer options:
- Nice — 0 point
- Naples — 1 point
- Valencia — 0 point
- Milan — 1 point
There are two correct answers among those suggested: Naples and Milan. If the user selects these two cities and doesn't select Nice or Valencia, they'll get 2 points.
