Tracker

To answer this question, you can select an entity from Yandex Tracker. The list of answer options depends on the user's access rights.

Question

Enter the question title or text.

  • To add a comment or hint to a question, click Add explanation. The text of a comment is displayed using a smaller font size.

    To format the text of a question or comment, use Markdown markup.

  • To add an image to the question, click Add image.

  • To make a question required, enable the  Required option in the top right corner of the block.

    The required question is marked with * in the form. If a user skips this question, they won't be able to submit the form.

Answer options

Multiple options

Enable this option so the users can select multiple answer options for a question.

Data type

Specify the type of data the user should enter for correct input suggestions to appear:

  • Queue: [Queue] key or ID (https://yandex.com/support/tracker/queue-intro).
  • Issue: [Issue] key or name (https://yandex.com/support/tracker/user/create-ticket).
  • Component: [Component] name (https://yandex.com/support/tracker/manager/components).
  • Board: [Board] name (https://yandex.com/support/tracker/manager/agile-new).
  • Sprint: [Sprint] name (https://yandex.com/support/tracker/manager/create-agile-sprint).
  • Project: [Project] name (https://yandex.com/support/tracker/manager/project-new).

Filter answer options

Use this option to select issues or components from the queue that the user selected in the previous (parent) Tracker block. To filter answer options:

  1. Add the parent Tracker block with the Queue type to the form.

  2. Add the second Tracker block with the Issue or Component type. Filtering applies only to blocks with this data type.

  3. In the Filter answers list, select the parent Tracker block.

You can conveniently use answer filtering together with the Multiple options setting. This expands the list of answer options. For example, if the user selected two queues in the parent block, they'll be able to choose issues from both queues in the filtered block.

Settings

To reveal more question settings, click  Show settings at the top of the block. To hide the settings, click the icon again.

ID of the question

Use the question ID to prefill the form.

Question IDs can contain uppercase and lowercase Latin letters, numbers, hyphens - and underscores _. Make sure all questions in the same form have unique IDs.

Hide question

Enable this option to hide a question from the form. You can use hidden questions to pass service or auxiliary parameters.

Don't enable the Hide question and Required options at the same time. Otherwise, the users won't be able to submit the form.
