Activate Yandex Forms for Business

Company employees can use Forms to accept orders or requests and conduct surveys among their colleagues or clients. If your organization is connected to Yandex 360 for Business, your employees will have access to additional collaborative features in Yandex Forms.

  1. Create a Yandex 360 organization. For information on how to do this, see Help: Activate Yandex 360 for Business .

  2. Go to https://admin.yandex.ru/users and add employees to your organization using one of the following methods:

    • Add users who have a personal Yandex account by sending them an invite link.

    • Create accounts for your employees on the organization's domain. To log in, the employees will need to enter their full email address (for example, login@example.com).

    • Configure an identity federation This technology allows you to create a Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication scheme and use Yandex Forms with corporate accounts in Active Directory, Google Workspace, or other compatible management systems.

  3. Go to https://forms.yandex.com/cloud/admin and log in to the account you use to work in your organization.

    If you work with multiple organizations, select the one in which you're going to use the form.

  4. Click Next. Yandex Forms is now connected for your organization.

Due to a technical quirk of the platform, if your account isn't registered with a Yandex 360 for Business organization, a Yandex Cloud organization is created when you first log in to Yandex Forms.

To ensure Forms is connected correctly, don't log in to the service before you create a Yandex 360 for Business organization.
