Activating Forms for business
To create forms for business, you need a Yandex 360 for Business organization.
Currently, registering an organization from a Yandex Forms for Business page creates a Yandex Cloud Organization . To use Yandex 360 for Business services, such as Yandex Tracker, Yandex Mail, and Yandex Disk, create an organization as described in this guide.
Step 1. Create a Yandex 360 organization and pay for access

Log in to the Yandex account that you want to use to register a new organization. This account will be assigned two roles within the organization: administrator and owner.
Take extra caution to ensure the security of the owner account. Avoid using an account that your business might lose access to. Yandex ID: Account security

Double check that you have the correct account selected, then click Continue. -

Select a Yandex 360 for Business plan. The rate depends on the set of tools included with the plan. To learn what's included in each plan, see Yandex 360 Help: Select a plan

Enter your bank card details and click Pay.
You'll receive access to the organization's account along with all the services you paid for, including Yandex Forms.
Step 2. Log in to Yandex Forms for business
If you already have a Yandex 360 organization:

Log in as the Yandex 360 for Business organization administrator or employee.

If you work with multiple organizations, click your avatar in the sidebar and make sure the appropriate organization is selected.
