# Activating Forms for business

To create forms for business, you need a Yandex 360 for Business organization.

Currently, registering an organization from a Yandex Forms for Business page creates a [Yandex Identity Hub ![](_assets/svg/new-tab.svg)</svg>](https://yandex.cloud/ru/docs/organization/). To use [Yandex 360 for Business ![](_assets/svg/new-tab.svg)</svg>](https://yandex.ru/support/yandex-360/business/purchase/ru/services) services, such as Yandex Tracker, Yandex Mail, and Yandex Disk, create an organization as described in this guide.

## Step 1. Create a Yandex 360 organization and pay for access {#create-org}

1. Log in to the Yandex account that you want to use to register a new organization. This account will be assigned two roles within the organization: administrator and owner.

1. Got to [https://admin.yandex.ru/ ![](_assets/svg/new-tab.svg)</svg>](https://admin.yandex.ru/).
   Double check that you have the correct account selected, then click **Continue**.

1. Register as a legal entity or an individual. For more information on how to fill out the registration form, see Yandex 360 Help: [Activate Yandex 360 for Business![](_assets/svg/new-tab.svg)</svg>](https://yandex.ru/support/yandex-360/business/purchase/ru/set-up/)

1. Select a Yandex 360 for Business plan. The rate depends on the set of tools included with the plan. To learn what's included in each plan, see Yandex 360 Help: [Select a plan![](_assets/svg/new-tab.svg)</svg>](https://yandex.ru/support/yandex-360/business/purchase/ru/plans/)

1. Enter your bank card details and click **Pay**.

You'll receive access to the organization's account along with all the services you paid for, including Yandex Forms.

## Step 2. Log in to Yandex Forms for business {#activate-forms}

If you already have a Yandex 360 organization:

1. Go to [https://forms.yandex.com/cloud/admin ![](_assets/svg/new-tab.svg)</svg>](https://forms.yandex.com/cloud/admin).
1. Log in as the Yandex 360 for Business organization administrator or employee.
