Forms for personal use and for business
You can use Yandex Forms in personal matters, for example, to conduct a survey for your friends and make a menu for a New Year's party. You can also use forms for business, such as to accept orders for your online store.

To create a personal form go to the https://forms.yandex.com/admin/ page and log in to your Yandex account. For more information, see Personal forms.

To create a form for business, go to the https://forms.yandex.com/cloud/admin page and log in using the organization's employee account. For more information, see Forms for Business.
To switch between personal forms and forms for business, click Personal forms or Forms for business at the top left of the page in Yandex Forms.
Personal forms
Personal forms in Yandex Forms can only be created by users with Yandex accounts.
To create a personal form, select Personal forms in the upper-left corner of the page or click the link: https://forms.yandex.com/admin/.

Limitations

Some features, such as integration with Tracker and Wiki, are unavailable to personal form users. For more information, see Features for business.

Answers in a personal form can only be edited and viewed by the form owner. You cannot set up access to this form for other users or open it on the page with your forms for business.
Forms for Business
Employees of companies can use forms in their work: they can accept orders or requests and conduct surveys among their colleagues or clients.
Users of organizations registered on Yandex 360 for Business have access to advanced collaborative features of Yandex Forms.
Access to forms for business

You can enable Forms for business for an existing organization or create a new one. For more information about how to connect to Forms for business, see Enable Yandex Forms for Business.

Access to forms for business can be granted to the users of an organization registered in Yandex 360 for Business.
If a company has a system for user and access management (such as Active Directory or Google Workspace), its employees can use their corporate accounts to log in to the organization and get access to forms using Single Sign-On (SSO). To do this, the administrator of the organization needs to set up an identity federation.

To create and edit forms for business, go to https://forms.yandex.com/cloud/admin and log in to your corporate account.
If you are registered in multiple organizations, select the one in which you're going to use the form. To do this, at the bottom of the sidebar, click your profile picture and select the organization from the list.
Organization employees can also use personal forms. To switch between different Yandex Forms versions, in the upper-left corner of the page, select Personal forms or Forms for business.
About Yandex Forms for Business
Corporate users have access to advanced features:
