Forms for personal use and for business
Yandex Forms can be a handy tool for personal use — for example, you can run a survey among your friends or compose a menu for your New Year's party. You can also use Forms for your work tasks or to receive orders for your business.

To create a personal form go to https://forms.yandex.com/admin/ and log in to your Yandex account.

To create a form for business, go to https://forms.yandex.com/cloud/admin and log in using the Yandex 360 for Business organization's employee account.
To switch between personal forms and forms for business, click «Personal-forms» or «Forms for business» at the top of the page in Yandex Forms.
Limitations of personal forms

Personal forms users don't have access to the features described in About Yandex Forms for Business.

Only the form owner can edit a personal form and view its responses. You can't configure access for other users.
About Yandex Forms for Business
Company employees can use Forms to accept orders or requests and conduct surveys among their colleagues or clients. If your organization is connected to Yandex 360 for Business, your employees will have access to additional collaborative features in Yandex Forms.
- Set up integration with Tracker and Wiki.
- Set up shared access to your organization's forms for employees: Configuring access to a form.
- Block users who are not part of your organization from filling out the form: Only allow responses from employees.
- Group forms by topic, project, team, or other attributes: Group forms.
- Add organization-specific questions to the form: People, Departments, Teams, Tracker, and Wiki.

Organization employees can also use personal forms. To switch between different Yandex Forms versions, in the upper-left corner of the page, select «Personal-forms» or «Forms for business».
