## Setting the default value for prompts {#default-value-for-questions}

Some prompts now let you set the default value: text of a hint to be displayed in the field for entering the user's response.

The default value can be added for the following types of prompts:
* Long text
* Email
* Number
* Phone number
* Short text
* Link
