Customizing the results page
After filling out a form or completing a test, the user is redirected to the results page, the contents of which can be customized.
Adding a message
To show a message to the user after they fill out the form, e.g., to thank them for completing it:

Select a form and go to Settings → Text and submit logic.

Under Event after submit, type the heading and body of your message.

Click Save.
Show response statistics
If you hold a vote or conduct a test, after the user fills out the form, you can display answer statistics: this shows them how other users answered to the questions.
Statistics are displayed for the following questions:
- Drop-down list.
- One answer.
- Multiple answers.
- Rating on a scale.
To show statistics:

Select a form and go to Settings → Text and submit logic.

Enable
Show statistics after submitting the form. -
Click Save.
Show test results
After the user completes a test, you can show them how many points they scored:

Select a form and go to Settings → Tests and quizzes.

Enable
Show test results. -
To show which questions were answered correctly and which weren't, enable
Show correct and incorrect answers. -
Click Save.
If you show test results, you cannot redirect users to a website or display a message when they submit the form.
Set up a redirect
After a user fills out your form, you can prompt them to visit your website: for example, to view additional information or to place an order:

Select a form and go to Settings → Text and submit logic.

Under Event after submit, enable
Redirect to site. -
Enter a link to the website that you want the user to visit after submitting their response.
