Customizing the results page

After filling out a form or completing a test, the user is redirected to the results page, the contents of which can be customized.

Adding a message

To show a message to the user after they fill out the form, e.g., to thank them for completing it:

  1. Select a form and go to Settings → Text and submit logic.

  2. Under Event after submit, type the heading and body of your message.

  3. Click Save.

Show response statistics

If you hold a vote or conduct a test, after the user fills out the form, you can display answer statistics: this shows them how other users answered to the questions.

Statistics are displayed for the following questions:

  • Drop-down list.
  • One answer.
  • Multiple answers.
  • Rating on a scale.

To show statistics:

  1. Select a form and go to Settings → Text and submit logic.

  2. Enable Show statistics after submitting the form.

  3. Click Save.

Show test results

After the user completes a test, you can show them how many points they scored:

  1. Select a form and go to SettingsTests and quizzes.

  2. Enable Show test results.

  3. To show which questions were answered correctly and which weren't, enable Show correct and incorrect answers.

  4. Set up rules for scoring the test.

  5. Click Save.

If you show test results, you cannot redirect users to a website or display a message when they submit the form.

Set up a redirect

After a user fills out your form, you can prompt them to visit your website: for example, to view additional information or to place an order:

  1. Select a form and go to Settings → Text and submit logic.

  2. Under Event after submit, enable Redirect to site.

  3. Enter a link to the website that you want the user to visit after submitting their response.
