Customizing the results page

After filling out a form or completing a test, the user is redirected to the results page, the contents of which can be customized:

Adding a message

To show a message to the user after they submit the form, for example, to thank them for completing it:

  1. Select a form and go to Settings → Text and submit logic.

  2. Under Event after submit, type the headline and your message.

  3. Click Save.

Show answer statistics

If you hold a vote or conduct a test, after the user fills out the form, you can display answer statistics: this shows them how other users answered the questions.

You can view statistics for the following questions:

  • Drop-down list.
  • One answer.
  • Multiple answers.
  • Rate on a scale.

To show statistics:

  1. Select a form and go to Settings → Text and submit logic.

  2. Enable the  Show statistics after submitting the form option.

  3. Click Save.

Show test results

After the user completes a test, you can show them how many points they scored:

  1. Select a form and go to Settings → Tests and quizzes.

  2. Enable the  Show test results option.

  3. To show the user what questions they gave correct or incorrect answers to, enable the  Show correct and incorrect answers option.

  4. Set up rules for scoring the test.

  5. Click Save.

If you show test results, you cannot redirect users to a website or display a message when they submit the form.

Set up a redirect

After the user completes the form, you can prompt them to visit a website, for example, to get more information or place an order:

  1. Select a form and go to Settings → Text and submit logic.

  2. In the Event after submit section, enable the  Redirect to site option.

  3. Provide the link to the website that you want the user to visit after submitting the form.
