Non-medical gases and acids
You can advertise industrial gases and acids, except food-grade and industrial nitrous oxide.
Your ad must state that the advertised gas is non-medical, with the exception of acetylene, propane, butane, and argon.
Advertising for acids listed as precursors is permitted with restrictions. You can't advertise acids whose concentration is greater than or equal to the permitted concentration. To advertise acids whose concentration is less than permitted, you must specify the exact acid concentration in your ad.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
No special documents are required for placement.
