Government authorities and their services

Advertising government services is subject to restrictions in Yandex Geo Advertising:

You can only advertise assistance with obtaining documents or other services provided by government authorities. For example, assistance with obtaining a registration certificate. Such ads must not guarantee that the document will be obtained. If an ad offers assistance with applying to a government authority, the ad must make it clear that the service is provided by an intermediary.
You can't place ads for obtaining or assisting with obtaining extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

No special documents are required for placement.
