The set of documents may include:

• Copies of permits (licenses, certificates, and so on) and a letter of guarantee.

• Only copies of licenses, certificates, and so on.

• Only a letter of guarantee.

Medical services

You can advertise medical activities, except for medical services related to artificial termination of pregnancy. According to current legislation, medical services also include tattooing, permanent makeup, tattoo application, piercing, all types of massage, and cosmetic services.

To display ads of medical services, you need to provide:

• Copy of the medical license, including any appendices with the address and and a list of authorized medical activities.

• Letter of guarantee (only when requested by Yandex).

If you use any trademarks in your ad that are different from the organization name on the license, provide a letter of guarantee. The letter of guarantee should explain the use of different names.

Prepare the letter of guarantee strictly according to the rules.

Medical devices

You can advertise medical devices, including contact lenses, glasses, sunglasses and frames, and orthopedic products. The current legislation also classifies medical massage products as medical devices.

If the advertised object is a specific medical device, you need to provide:

• Copy of the registration certificate.

• Сopy of the certificate or declaration of conformity for the advertised medical device.

• License for the production of medical equipment (if the product is manufactured in Russia and the registration certificate states that the advertised product is a medical equipment or medical device).

If you advertise a group of products, provide a letter of guarantee according to the rules.

Pharmacies and medicines

Advertising of pharmacies that sell medicines remotely or deliver medicinal products outside of a pharmacy (sales area) is not allowed. However, you can advertise pharmacies that offer a service to reserve medications or the option for pre-order and pickup.

To place ads for pharmacies, including veterinary pharmacies, you must provide a copy of your pharmacy license. The pharmacy's details must be published on the advertiser's website and match the details on the license.

If the advertised object is a specific medication, you need to provide:

• Copy of the registration certificate.

• Copy of the certificate or declaration of conformity for the advertised medication.

• Copy of the license for the production of medications (if it's manufactured in Russia).

• Copy of the license to operate.

If you advertise a group of medications, provide a letter of guarantee according to the rules.

Traditional medicine. Healing.

To advertise traditional medicine services, provide a permit issued by the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation in healthcare.

Dietary supplements

To advertise specific dietary supplements, provide a copy of the product's state registration certificate.

If you advertise multiple dietary supplements, provide a letter of guarantee according to the rules.

To advertise private investigation services, provide a copy of the license to carry out private investigation (detective) activities, issued to the detective or detective agency.

If the detective agency operates under a license issued to an sole proprietor, provide a letter of guarantee according to the rules.

Technical inspection services

To advertise vehicle inspection services, provide a copy of the accreditation certificate of the vehicle inspection operator issued by the Russian Association of Motor Insurers (RAMI).

Items structurally similar to weapons

To advertise products that are structurally similar to weapons, provide copies of certificates confirming that the advertised product is not a weapon, as well as a letter of guarantee.

Pyrotechnics

To advertise pyrotechnic products of hazard classes I–III, provide copies of certificates of conformity for the advertised products and a letter of guarantee.

To advertise pyrotechnic products of hazard classes IV–V, provide:

• Сopy of the license (permit) for the distribution of pyrotechnic products of hazard classes IV–V (including any appendices to the license or permit).

• Copy of the license for the production of pyrotechnic products of classes IV and V in accordance with the national standard.

• Certificates of conformity for the advertised products.

Insurance

To advertise insurance companies, provide a copy of the insurance license (including any appendices).

For advertising intermediary services in the insurance sector, these documents are not required.

If the intermediation is not clearly stated, provide a copy of the insurance license (including any appendices).

Loans and other banking products

To advertise banking products, provide a copy of the license (including any appendices) for the relevant type of activity.

For advertising intermediary services in the banking sector, these documents are not required.

Advertising of passenger transportation

Advertising passenger vehicle rental, booking, or hire services, taxi services, and designated driver services does not require special documents.

To advertise passenger transportation services, provide copies of licenses for carrying out passenger transportation using the type of transport specified in your ads. For example:

• Copy of the license for passenger transportation by motor vehicles that can carry up to 8 people.

• Copy of the license for passenger transportation by inland water and/or sea transport.

To advertise related services on a watercraft (such as boat parties), as well as services for selecting and booking bus tours, provide a letter of guarantee according to the rules.
