Documents under the contract

The package consists of four closing documents. That's the point of them:

The act on the provision of services and execution of the order |
What services did Yandex Market provide to you and for what amount? |

It is the same as the act of services rendered, but it is executed according to the requirements of the Government. |

How many items and for what amount were delivered, delivered to customers, not redeemed and returned. |

|
Report on the execution of the order and on the offset of mutual claims (agent's report) |
Details of settlements: how much money the Market received from customers, how much it withheld, how much it transferred to you. |
If you do not have electronic document management enabled, Yandex.Market sends you documents simultaneously by e-mail and regular mail. You can also download them in the cabinet, in the section Finance → Closing documents. The delivery of paper originals usually takes up to two to three weeks.
Questions and answers
I haven't connected the electronic document management yet, but the original documents still haven't arrived. What to do?
In the cabinet, click on the name of your business in the lower left corner, select Legal data and check if the actual address is correct.
If it is specified correctly, request to resend the documents via the [feedback form](*feedback form).
If the address is specified incorrectly, change it through the support service — there is a link in the account. After updating the address, request to resend the documents via the [feedback form](*feedback form).
I have not yet connected electronic document management, but the documents still did not arrive by e-mail. What to do?
In the cabinet, click on the name of your business in the lower left corner, select Legal data and check if the email address is entered correctly in the tab Contacts.
If the address is specified incorrectly, change it through the support service — there is a link in the account. After updating the address, request to resend the documents via the [feedback form](*feedback form).
If the address is correct, check the folder Spam in the mailbox.
How do I get a reconciliation report?
Open the page Finance → Closing documents, select the tab Accommodation agreement or Promotion agreement and click A reconciliation report is needed.
If you need a signature on the act from the Market, sign it from the store and send it to us. Address:

The reconciliation report for the contract can be formed only after the 10th day of the next month. For example, the act for June can be requested starting from July 10.
To open the feedback form, go to the section in the dashboard Communication → Support → Settlements and documents.
