Online reservations

In Yandex Maps, you can find an organization, select a service, and book an appointment online.

Note

Online appointments are only available for the Beauty salons category in Russia and Kazakhstan.

How to make an appointment

Open the Yandex Maps app and tap Search here.
Select the Beauty salons category.
Tap Online reservations and select an organization.
Open the organization card and tap Book online. On Android devices, the appointment button is available in the search results.
Select a service and tap Select a provider.
Choose a provider. To get more information and check out the reviews, tap in the upper-right corner of the service provider's card.

If you don't have a preferred provider, tap Skip provider selection.
Select a suitable date and time.
To save information about the appointment in your profile and on the organization card, tap Log in with Yandex ID. If you tap Continue without logging in, the information won't be saved in your profile and on the organization card and you'll need to enter your phone number and confirm it with a code from SMS to make an appointment.
Check your appointment details: the worker, date, service, and your contact information. Leave a comment (optional).

To edit the information, tap in the field.

Check the information again and tap Confirm appointment.
To save appointment details to your phone, tap Add to calendar → Save.

Tap (profile picture). If you haven't signed in, tap .
Tap Appointments and reservations → Appointments.
Find the appointment and tap Reschedule appointment or Cancel appointment.
