Access to the tag via PIN
When you contact support, the specialist needs access to your tag to resolve the issue. When calling, the specialist may ask you to provide the PIN code.
The PIN code is visible only to the tag owner or a user with access to statistics. This is necessary for data access security.
To get the PIN code, click on the profile photo in the upper right corner of the page and select Get PIN code. For security reasons, the PIN code is valid for a limited time.
Once you provide the PIN code, the specialist will have access to the tag until your issue is resolved. After the request is processed, the specialist’s access to the tag will be revoked.
