Additional Applications for Identification
You may need them in several cases.
1. You (or your relative) is a public official
Public officials are public servants, officers with important state functions, or persons of public confidence. You need to fill out an additional application if you are a public official or a relative of one and if you act on behalf of a public official (you have a power of attorney).
2. You are acting for the benefit of a beneficiary
For instance, if you starts a Wallet specifying your name and you are willing to pay your mother's bills, your mother is a beneficiary. Fill out an additional application if you want to notify us about such beneficiary of yours.
3. You have a beneficial owner
This is a person who can affect your financial decisions.
