Text Message Passwords

Important: our text messages may not come to some phone numbers issued outside of Russia. If you provided your phone number and did not get a confirmation message, consider switching to passwords in the app.

We send text messages to the phone number you specified upon registration or link with your account later. Each password is one-use only.

The service is free.

Changing Phone Number for Text Messages

Push the pencil icon under your Wallet Settings.

The page with phone numbers is secure: you need to enter a valid password or emergency code (if you issued them) to confirm operations.

  1. Specify your new number.
  2. We will send you a text message code.
  3. Enter the code on the site.

If you do not further need the former phone number for our service, you can delete it. If you need it, check the new number as a primary one: you will get text messages to the primary phone number with the other number still being linked.

If you do not have passwords and codes, you will first need to restore access to your Wallet—file a written application for linking a new phone number.

What to Do if Text Messages Do Not Come

Your mobile carrier might have technical issues. In this case, it is handy to have emergency codes issued.

Sometimes text messages are simply long to be delivered. If the message did not come within 7 minutes, try requesting a new password (the request link is always on the form).

If it won't work, contact our Support Service.

What to Do if the Phone Got Lost

If you are sure no one will use your SIM card, simply issue a new one with the same phone number.

If your SIM card fall into someone else's hands, we recommend change the phone number. In this case, you have two options:

  1. if you have emergency codes, link a new mobile phone number (under your Settings)
  2. if you do not have emergency codes, contact our Support Service. Your Wallet will be temporary blocked to prevent anybody from using it.

The latter option requires you to file a paper application for linking a new phone number.
