Passwords for Payment Confirmation

By default, we only request passwords for the most important operations. You can change this: push “Always request password” under your account Settings.

We currently provide two options: text message passwords and passwords in the app (Yandex.Key, Google Authenticator). Code charts and e-tokens are no longer in use: to switch to other security method, contact our Support Service.

If you started your Wallet before January 2014 and continue using a permanent payment password, we also recommend you switch to passwords via text messages or in the app.

Keep passwords private. If someone asks you to tell the password, this is a fraudster.
