You can give a rating and add a review, photos, or videos only in an organization card.

If you own a business and want to respond to a review, refer to the Manage reviews section in Yandex Business Help.

Rate and review

1. Open the organization card.

2. In the Reviews tab, tap Write a review.

3. Select the number of stars.

4. Attach photos or videos (optional) and write a review of the organization.

5. Tap Submit, and the review will be sent for moderation.

   Your review will appear in Yandex Navigator after it passes moderation. You can check its status in the Reviews and edits section.

If you don't want to write a review, you can still submit your rating or attach photos and videos. You can't submit a review without a rating.

By leaving reviews, you earn achievements and Local Expert levels. To see your level and achievements, tap  (profile picture) → Reviews and edits.

You can follow users whose reviews you find interesting.

Add photos or videos

1. Find the reviews:

   • Open an organization card, go to the Reviews tab, and tap Write a review.
   • Tap (profile picture) → Reviews and edits → Reviews. You'll see all the organizations that you've rated.

2. Tap Add photo or video.

3. Add photos or videos of the organization in one of the following ways:

   • Take new photos or videos.
   • Choose existing ones from your device's gallery.

4. Confirm the action.

You can also add photos or videos in the Photos tab of the card.

The organization card will include all the photos and videos you uploaded, with a moderation label. After moderation, your photos and videos will appear in Yandex Navigator and will be visible to all users. You can check its status in the Reviews and edits section.

Business owners can also add photos or videos of their company using their Yandex Business account. This content will appear in your company's Yandex Navigator profile and in Yandex search results. You can organize photos by category or change their display order. See the Logo, photos, and videos section in Yandex Business Help for complete instructions.

Delete photos

You can delete photos you added from a review and your account.

Delete all photos

1. Tap  (profile picture) → Reviews and edits → Photos.
2. Next to the organization you want to delete photos for, tap  → Delete photos.
3. Confirm deletion by tapping Delete it.

Delete a specific photo

1. Tap  (profile picture) → Reviews and edits → Photos.
2. Select an organization and tap View all photos.
3. Select a photo and tap  → Delete photo.
4. Confirm deletion by tapping Delete it.

These photos will remain in the organization card.

If you want to delete the photos you added from the organization card, contact Yandex Business support. Provide links to the photos you want to delete. Support specialists will review your request and delete the photos from the organization card.

Edit rating or review

1. Tap  (profile picture) → Reviews and edits → Reviews.
2. To the right of the review, tap  and select Edit review.
3. In the window that opens, change the rating or the review itself.
4. Tap Save.

If you change your mind and don't want to save the edits, tap .

The updated review will appear in Yandex Navigator after it passes moderation. You can check its status in the Reviews and edits section.

Delete rating or review

1. Tap  (profile picture) → Reviews and edits → Reviews.
2. To the right of the review, tap  and select Delete review.
3. Confirm the action.
