Setting up a catalog

This option is not available for all partners. To upload a catalog through your partner account, please contact your sales manager.
You can set up a catalog for:

the entire chain:
- create or edit categories;
- create or edit items;
- upload discounts using an Excel file;
- export the catalog to an Excel file;

a specific store: change the price, item status (Active, Inactive), and set a discount for it.
Importing a catalog
Navigate to the Catalog section and click
next to the desired chain. You can import a catalog using a .csv file or create one in the editor.

Prepare a
.csvfile for import using the template.Warning
If some columns are irrelevant to you, such as categories 18+, marked for Uzbekistan, or if you don't have links to photos for the catalog, leave the columns blank. If you delete columns from the file, the catalog will not import.

When importing the catalog for the first time, do not fill in the ID columns. IDs will be generated automatically.

Fill in the Category Levels, if it is important to you to have items organized in categories and subcategories.

To obtain the
Place IDvalue for the Product Available in Stores (Place IDs Are Specified) column, go to the Stores tab in your partner account and copy the value from the Place ID field in the store list.Where to find the Place ID

If there are many stores in the list, filter by store address or click Export CSV to copy the desired store's
Place IDfrom a file.

In the catalog editor, click Import CSV.

In the window that opens, select the prepared file.
After importing, the data from the file will be converted into a table by the specified categories. To add a photo or edit an item, click

Creating a catalog manually

Add product categories for each level: click
next to the level name (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3), enter the category name, and click Save. -

In the window that opens, specify:
- stores where this item will be sold;
- product name;
- piece-based or weight-based item;
- weight, price, unit of measurement, and quantum (if the item is weight-based).
Add one or more photos of the item and click Save.
To check the added items, use the category and product search at the top of the catalog.
Adding a discount for an item
You can specify a discount in the item card for all stores at once or for a specific store:

Go to the item card.

In the Discount for Item section, enter the discounted price.

Select the stores where this discount will apply.

Click Save.

You can bulk upload discounts using a template.
Editing an item for a single store
In the selected store, you can change the price or discount, and activate, deactivate, or delete the item for only one store. To do this, select Individual Store in the editor and enter the address of the desired store in the Select Store block. Make your changes in the catalog that opens.

Blocking an item
You can block an item in two ways:

from the list of items: next to the desired item, click
and switch to Inactive;Interface example

from the item card: next to the desired item, click
→ Edit and in the card that opens, switch the item status to Inactive.
The number of inactive items is displayed in the Disabled Items list.
Changing the price of an item
- Next to the desired item, click
→ Edit. - In the item card, in the Price field, make your changes and click Save.
Adding a discount
Enter the discounted price in the Discounted Price field.
Deleting an item
Next to the desired item, click
and select Delete. The item will be deleted only in the selected store.
Copying a catalog for a store
To copy a catalog from one store to another:
- Go to the store card with the desired catalog.
- Click Export Excel.
- Go to the store card where you want to import the catalog and click Import Excel.
FAQ
Quantum is the minimum weight of a single serving of a product.
For example, for a pie with a minimum serving weight of 200g, set the quantum to 200, and for oranges packaged in 1kg quantities, set the quantum to 1.
