Set up directory

You can set up a directory for:

• the entire network:
  • create or edit categories;
  • create or edit positions;
  • download discounts using an Excel file;
  • upload the catalog to an Excel file;
• individual store: change the price, position status (Active, Inactive) and set a discount for it.

Download directory

Go to the Catalog section and opposite the desired network, click . You can import the directory using a .csv file or create it in editor.

Load a directory using a file

1. Prepare a .csv file for download using template. If you do not have links to photos for the catalog, leave the Links to images column empty.

2. Import CSV in the directory editor in the directory editor

3. Select the prepared file in the window that opens.

Once loaded, the data from the file will be converted into a table according to the specified categories. To add a photo or edit an item, click .

Create directory manually

1. Add product categories for each level: click next to the level name (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3), enter the category name and click Save.

2. Add products: click on Add item.

3. In the window that opens, specify:

   • stores where the item will be sold;
   • name of the product;
   • piece or weight position;
   • weight, price, unit of measurement and quant (if the item is weighted).

   Add one or more item photos and click Save.

To check the added items, use the search by category and product at the top of the catalog.

Add a discount for an item

The discount can be indicated in the item card for all stores or a specific store at once:

1. Go to the position card.

2. In the Discount on item section, indicate the cost including the discount.

3. Select stores where this discount will be valid.

4. Click Save.

You can download discounts using template.

Edit a position for one store

In the selected store, you can change the price, discount, activate, deactivate or delete a position for only one store. To do this, select Individual store in the editor and in the Select store block, enter the address of the desired store. Make changes in the directory that opens.

Block position

You can block a position in two ways:

• from the list of positions: opposite the desired position, click and switch to Inactive;

• from the position card: opposite the desired position, click → Edit and in the card that opens, switch the position status to Inactive.

The number of inactive items is displayed in the Disabled Items list.

Change item price

1. Next to the desired position, click → Edit.
2. In the position card, in the Price field, make changes and click Save.

Add a discount

Enter the discounted price in the Discounted Price field.

Delete position

Click and select Delete next to the desired position. The item will be deleted only in the selected store.

Copying a directory for a store

To copy a catalog from one store to another:

1. Go to the store card with the desired catalog.
2. Click Export Excel.
3. Go to the store card where you want to download the catalog and click Import Excel.

Quantum is the minimum weight of one portion of a product.
For example, for a pie with a minimum serving weight of 200 g, set the quantum to 200, and for oranges packaged in 1 kg packs, set the quantum to 1.
