View orders
To view information about orders, go to the Orders tab.
Check statuses
The order is considered completed if all statuses are confirmed by the picker and courier in the application:

If any status has not been confirmed by the picker, contact him and ask to enter the statuses in the application.
Track order time
Click on the order card to view the picking time, payment and delivery of the order to the courier.

View statistics and generate a report
Using filters, you can view statistics by city, order status, individual picker and other indicators. For example, if you select the status Waiting for picking, a list of all stores that have orders, but for some reason have not started picking them, will be generated.
How it looks in the interface

You can download the statistics as a report to a .csv file in which will be:
- Export CSV — all data on orders selected using filters;
- Export information about products CSV — all information about collected, deleted and changed items in orders.
Frequently asked questions
Yesterday's order has not been added to the history. How to close a stuck order?
The final status of each order must be Transferred to the courier. Check that there are no unclosed orders left. If there are any, tell the picker to complete the order in the application - put all the statuses in the order card.
