To access order details, navigate to the Orders tab.

Verifying statuses

An order is marked as complete only when all statuses have been confirmed by both the picker and the courier in the app:

If any status remains unconfirmed by the picker, contact them and request that they update the statuses in the app.

Monitoring order times

Select an order card to see the times when the order was picked, paid for, and handed over to the courier.

Accessing statistics and exporting reports

You can filter statistics by city, order status, individual picker, and other criteria. For instance, selecting the Awaiting Picking status will show you all stores with pending orders that have not yet begun picking.

The filtered data can be exported as a report in .csv format, which includes:

  • Export CSV — all order data matching the applied filters;
  • Export Product Information CSV — complete data on products picked, deleted, or modified in the orders.

FAQ

An order from yesterday has not been moved to the order history. How can I close a pending order?

Ensure the final status of the order is set to Handed over to Courier. Verify that no orders remain open. If there are open orders, notify the picker to complete them by confirming all statuses in the order card in the app.
