Store blocking management
Blocking a store

Navigate to the Stores tab.

Use filters to locate the desired store.

Select the store card.

Click Block in the upper right corner.

In the pop-up window, choose a reason in the Block Reason field (e.g.,
Unloading a shipment of goods) and specify the duration in the Block Time field (e.g.,One hour).Click Block.

You will see the Store Successfully Blocked status in the upper right corner of the store card. The Block button will change to View Active Blocks.

Checking store blocking

Navigate to the Stores tab.
Blocking status is shown in the Status column for each store.

Click the store card marked Blocked to get more details.

Click View Active Blocks. A pop-up will display current block information.
If an Unblock button appears, the block was set
manually via the Picker admin panel. Click Unblock to remove it.
If no Unblock button is present, the block is automatic.

Automatic blocks happen after a picker's shift ends and are removed automatically when the picker starts a new shift.

If the shift is active but the block remains, contact contact support.
Unblocking a store
Note
Stores blocked manually via the Picker admin panel can be unblocked by you:

In the store card, click View Active Blocks.

In the window that opens, click Unblock.

Confirm the action.

Once unblocked, the Store Unblocked status will appear in the upper right corner.
