Store Lock

Go to the Stores tab.

Find a store using filters.

Select the card of the desired store.

Click Block in the shop card, in the upper right corner.

In the window that appears, in the Reason for blocking field, select the reason (for example,
Unloading a delivery of goods). In the Blocking time field, specify the blocking period (for example,1 hour).Click Block.

The store card will display the status Store successfully blocked in the upper right corner.

The information about the blocking will be displayed at the bottom of the store card

Check store blocking

Go to the Stores tab.

The blocking status is displayed in the general list of stores in the Status column.

Click on the store card with the Blocked status to find out more about the blocking.
Information about blocking is at the bottom of the page.
If there is an Unblock button on the Blocks screen, the blocking was applied on your side via the Picker admin panel. If necessary, it can be removed.

If there is no Unlock button on the Lock screen, the lock is automatic.

Automatic blocking is applied after the end of the picker's work shift and is automatically removed when the picker activates the shift.
If the picker's shift is already active, but the block is still not removed, contact support.
Unblock a store
To unblock a store blocked via the Picker admin panel

at the bottom of the store card, click Unblock;

Confirm the decision.

Once unlocked, the status Store unlocked will be displayed in the upper right corner.
