Collect order

Start picking

When the order arrives:

  1. On the Orders tab, select an order and click the Start order picking button.

  2. In the window that opens, read the comment from the client and information about the courier and click Scan list.

Pick up items
  1. Store balances are displayed in the list of items and the item card. Collect the product in a bag, weigh it and print the label.
  2. Scan the barcode on the label. If the barcode cannot be scanned, click Collect next to the desired item in the list.
  3. Enter the resulting weight. When scanning the barcode, the weight will be added automatically.
  4. Click the Save button.

  1. Store balances are displayed in the list of items and the item card. Point the camera at the item and scan the barcode. If the barcode cannot be scanned or is not on the item, click Collect next to the desired item in the list.
  2. Enter the number of items.
  3. Click the Save button.

Change the weight or quantity of an item after picking
  1. Go to the Picked tab.
  2. Click next to the item you want or a weight button.
  3. Indicate the weight of the collected goods and click Save in the window that opens.

The item is out of stock

Alert

If an item is out of stock, please arrange a replacement with the purchaser. If you can't reach him by phone, remove the item.

Replace the items
  1. Open the item card and click Replace Items.
  2. Select the reason for the replacement and click Confirm
  3. Click Add item in the window that opens. Scan the barcode of the new item. If the barcode is not scannable, find it by searching for its name.
  4. Click Replace Item to confirm the replacement.

The item will move to the Picked tab in the Replacements category. You can hide the original positions in the list by clicking on Hide replacements next to the category name.

Delete item
  1. Open the item card and click Delete.

  2. Select the reason for deletion and click Confirm.

The item is moved to the Deleted Items category on the Picked tab

Return deleted item
  1. Click Return on the Picked tab next to the desired item, or go to the item card and click Return Item.

  2. Click Confirm in the window that opens.

The item will again be added to the general list for picking - Pick up.

Complete picking

When all the order items are picked:

  1. Go to the Picked tab.

  2. If the client indicated that a replacement is needed for the items and needs to be agreed upon, click Call customer and agree on the changes.

  3. Click on Pick up order.

  4. Pack the goods according to the rules of the commodity neighborhood.

  5. Compare the code with the courier.

  6. Transfer the order to the courier and on the transfer to courier screen, click Order transferred to courier.

Picking is complete. To return to new orders, click Go to Home Screen.

The final status of each order must be Transferred to the courier. To complete your order, click on the order card and enter all statuses.
