Order assembly

Start assembly

  1. Go to the Orders tab.

  2. On the Active tab, you will find orders that are still being picked and not finished. To start picking an order, click on the line with the new order.

  3. In the opened order card, click Accept order. After that, all actions with the order: assembling, modification and deletion will become available.

The product is in stock

Order assembly

To collect an item from the list, add the item to the cart — click .

  1. Pack the product in a bag, weigh it and print out the label.

  2. Enter the actual weight in the input field:

    The weight should be as close as possible to the original weight in the order.

  3. Click the Assemly button.

Warning

It’s prohibited to assembly an order without entering its weight or with a large difference in weight.

If only one product is ordered, then after adding it to the cart the item will be automatically moved to the Assembled tab.

If there are several products:

  1. Please enter the number of products in the input field:

  2. Click the Assembly button.

Warning

It is prohibited to assemble an order without entering quantity or weight of the product.

The product will be moved to the Assembled tab.

Change the weight or quantity of the product after assembly

Go to the Assembled tab and in the line next to the quantity or weight, click .

The product is out of stock

Alert

If the product is out of stock, agree on a replacement with the buyer. If you can't reach them by phone, delete the product.

Change the product
  • If the product have not yet been assembled:

    1. In the line with the needed position, click .

    2. Select the reason for the replacement and click Accept.

    3. In the opened window select the appropriate replacement product and click .

      How does it appears in the interface

    The product will be moved to the Assembled tab in the Replacements category. You can change its quantity or weight if necessary.

  • If the product was added to the cart by accident and ended up on the Assembled tab, in the line with such product click Return to assembly and replace it according to the instructions above.

    Note

    Return to assembly occurs with the original quantity of the original product for piece goods and with the original quantum for catchweight goods.

Delete the product
  • If the product has not yet been assembled, in the line with the needed product, click and select the reason for the deletion.

  • If the product was added to the cart by accident and ended up on the Assembled tab, in the line with such a product, click Return to assembly. Go to the Assemble tab, click and select the reason for the deletion.

The product will be moved to the Assembled tab in the Deleted section and will be marked with a red mark with the reason for deletion.

Restore deleted product

In the line with the desired product, click Return to assembly.

Complete picking

When all order items are picked:

  1. Go to the Assembled tab.

  2. If the customer has indicated that a replacement for the product is needed, call them and agree on the changes. To copy the customer's phone number, click Call customer.

    Alert

    The button is available while the order is still being assembled. Once the order status has been changed to Assembled, it will not be possible to copy the customer number.

  3. Click Assemble order.

  4. Pack the goods according to the goods stocking and separation rules.

  5. Hand over the order to the courier.

  6. Only after handing over the order to the courier, click Hand over to courier in the order card.

    How does it appears in the interface

Assembly is complete. The order is placed on the Processed tab.

To get back to new orders, go to the Orders tab.

Frequently asked questions

When you can’t change the order status to **Assembled **

It won’t be possible to change the order status to Assembled if there are critical errors in order assembly, for example:

  • the order amount has been significantly exceeded;
  • all items in the order have been removed;
  • incorrect order status.

In that case you will see an error notice, for example:

Quantum — is a minimal weight of one portion of goods.
For example, for a pie with a minimum serving weight of 200 g, set the quantum to 200, and for oranges packaged in 1 kg quantities, set it to 1.
