Open shift

Login in the Picker App and click I'm ready to go.

Enable geolocation if required.
The Orders tab will open. When a pick-up order appears, pick it.
Complete the shift
The shift will end automatically after its end time has arrived.
If the shift needs to be completed in advance, contact support service or this can be done by the manager through partner account.
Frequently asked questions
It will not be possible to open a shift if:
- There is an unfinished order for yesterday or earlier. The final status for each order must be Transferred to courier. Check the availability of such orders on the Orders and Returns tabs and post them to the Transferred to courier status. When you complete all orders, you can activate the shift.
- The shift has not been created or you are logged in under a different number. If you log into the application using the phone number for which the shift was created and do not see the I'm ready to work button, contact your manager.
