# Become a successful performer

To be productive on tasks and earn extra money, follow the platform's rules and avoid violations.

## Platform rules

- Enter your real data at registration.
- Use only one account.
- Read the instructions thoroughly and be responsible when completing tasks. This will help you develop your skills, get access to more expensive tasks, and earn rewards.
- Complete tasks properly and follow the instructions. Otherwise, the number of tasks available to you on the platform might be temporarily reduced.
- Talk to the task authors and support in a constructive and official manner.

## Block reasons {#donot}

Most blocks in Yandex Tasks occur due to [User Agreement violations](#user-agreement).

### User Agreement violation {#user-agreement}

The Yandex Tasks [anti-fraud](*antifraud) system makes sure the performers don't violate the platform rules. If you violate the rules, your account can be suspended or permanently blocked.

- Don't use the platform if you are under 18 years old.
- Don't provide fake data in your profile or at registration. Otherwise, you won't be able to confirm account ownership and withdraw money.
- Don't give access to your account to other people.
- Don't use multiple accounts.
- Don't skip the captcha and make sure you enter it correctly.
- Don't use scripts or bots to complete tasks automatically.
- Don't share task screenshots in personal messages or in social media. This would break the privacy.

## How do I remove the block? {#ifbanned}

If you've been blocked for a [User Agreement](https://yandex.ru/legal/oferta_yandex_tasks/) violation, you'll get:

- An automatic notification about the blocking.
- A block notification on the screen with a link to the appeal form.

To unblock your account:

1. Open the form by selecting **Fill out the form**.

1. Fill out the feedback form. Depending on the reason for the ban, you may be asked to:

    - Write why you disagree with the ban.
    - Upload a video or screenshot showing the sequence of your actions if you believe that the ban was caused by technical issues.
    - Upload a photo with the PIN code from the form to confirm your identity.

        Requirements for the photo with the PIN code:

        - File format: JPG or PNG. Image size: at least 500 × 500 pixels.
        - The PIN code must be written by hand, not typed.
        - Good photo quality. The PIN code must be clearly visible in the photo.

1. Wait for the reply. The review usually takes a few days.
