How to get an e-receipt

In accordance with law 54-FZ, if a cashless payment is made remotely, the buyer must receive a receipt in electronic form. Yandex.Taxi provides users e-receipts when the following transactions take place:

  • You pay for your ride using a bank cardor Apple Pay
  • Funds are withdrawn for a paid ride cancellation
  • A tip is paid to the driver
  • A refund is made

E-receipts are available in the app: go to the menu  → Ride history, click the trip card, and then the fare.

Receipts are also sent via push notification after each transaction. Therefore, please make sure that you've allowed Push notifications in your smartphone settings.

Attention. If you are using iOS version 3.84 of the Yandex.Taxi app, please update it. This is necessary to receive e-receipts.

In iOS versions 8.x and 9.x, push notifications only appear if the app is minimized or closed (this applies to all apps). For your device, we recommend using the latest version of iOS.
