If less than 24 hours has passed: Call the driver — usually they are happy to return whatever you lost. You can find the Call button in the History section. It is enabled for 24 hours after your ride.
More than 24 hours have passed or you are unable to come to an agreement with the driver. Message us or call us and we will set things right together: +7 499 705-88-88.
