How are ride costs calculated

Current fares are available on the pricing page.

A fixed fare is calculated if you place your order via the site or the app for iOS (version 3.05 and higher) or Android (version 3.15 and higher). Apps running on different mobile OS versions will show an approximate cost.

The ride fare is calculated based on the service class you chose, distance to your destination, time en route, traffic, and weather conditions. Tolls on a toll road are not included in the price shown by the app. The passenger pays tolls separately.

Fixed fares will not increase, even if you end up in unforeseen traffic or the driver has to alter the route. Your fare may only be recalculated if you exceed the free waiting period, change the final destination, or ask the driver to make a stop along the way.

Note. If you didn't indicate your destination when you placed your order, the screen will display the pickup fare for your chosen service class. In this case, the final cost will be calculated at the end of your ride.
