Issues with my Yandex.Plus subscription

If you have a paid subscription but didn't receive a discount on your trip:
  • Make sure that the phone number listed in the app matches the main number linked to your Yandex account. If this is not the case, add the number that is linked to your Yandex.Taxi app to your account and set it as the main one.
  • Update the Yandex.Taxi app for iOS or Android.
