Lost status

The system lost you because you haven't checked in for deliveries for a long time.

This happens automatically if you don't select slots on at least three days in one week.

Now, you need to manually select any available scheduled slot or start a free slot. When this slot is completed, your status will change to Active.

Inactive / Access Restricted / Deactivated statuses

If your status in the app is Inactive, Deactivated, or Access Restricted, please contact a courier center if there's one in your city.

Change phone number or email

To change your email or phone number, please submit your request through this form

Change mode of transportation

If you want to change your status from a walking courier to a bike courier or the other way around, you can easily do it in the app: log in to your profile, select Transport method → By bike / On foot, and confirm your choice.

This must be done before the slot starts.
