Telegram bot doesn't work

Try restarting it: open @FoodfoxCourierBot and send the /start command to the chat.

If restarting didn't help, try reinstalling the Telegram app and activate the bot again.

If that didn't help either, tap Contact Operator.

Remember: order information is sent to Yandex Pro, and you can continue making deliveries even if the bot doesn't work.

Report an issue

If you have an issue with the app, try closing and opening the app without tapping the Exit button, uninstalling and downloading the app again, or restarting your phone.
