I have a complaint about a user

Tell us what happened and what the user did. We monitor drivers and users closely to make sure they’re honest and polite, and we block users that violate our standards from placing orders.

If a user makes your car dirty or causes damage, send us the following photos:

1. Photos of the car showing the issue.
2. The vehicle registration certificate with the damage in the background. Make sure the car's license plate number is clearly visible on the registration certificate.
