Using the app properly
For the app to work without errors:
- Check your internet connection before starting a slot.
- Disable low power mode and app usage restrictions, and grant the app access to use your geolocation.
- Don't go underground to use the metro without an active order. Use ground transportation to return to your location, or else you might miss a new order because of a poor internet connection.
Also, keep in mind that long telephone calls negatively affect the precision of geolocation data, which may cause errors in the app.
