Managing the requester's personal account
To send tasks for completion, you must have money in your Toloka account. For more information, see Adding funds to your account.
All payments between requesters and performers are made in U.S. dollars. The account balance is shown in the main menu:
The green number is the account balance.
Gray indicates funds reserved for the tasks waiting to be reviewed.
Money in the account is spent on the following items:
Payment per task
The price of a task is set by the requester in the pool settings. Money is deducted from the account as tasks are completed. If you review assignments after they are completed, the money for completed tasks is first reserved, and then deducted.
The requester is charged a commission for using Toloka — a percentage of the cost of tasks. It is 20%, but not less than $0.005.
You can see the markup (by project) in your profile (on the Expences tab). You can see the total amount of the markup for a pool's tasks on the pool page (see Budget spent (+ markup) and Approximate budget (+ markup)).
Expenses in the requester's profile
To see spending data in your profile, go to the Expences tab. Amounts are grouped by date, project, and pool:
Sum: Black indicates the amount spent, and gray indicates funds reserved for tasks waiting for review.
Markup: Commission for using Toloka.
You can set up email notifications and get messages when you have less than 5 dollars left on your account.
Report on tasks
To get the Statistics on Requestor's tasks report with spending data:
Choose the period in the requester profile (on the Expences tab).
Click Generate report (pdf) and download the PDF file.
The report contains data on spending per project (including markup) and rewards paid (the Reward row).
Notifications of account status
To get notifications when your account has less than 5 dollars remaining, click Edit in the requester profile. Select options:
Send copies of notifications by email, if you want to get messages by email.
